tomaten mit schafskaese ueberbacken a la monique

olive oil in a flat baking form
3-4 tomatoes in slices
fresh pepper and oregano
250 g feta cheese crumble on top
fresh basilicum leaves
200 g black olives without stones
bake at 200 degrees 20-25 minutes
add more fresh basilicum leaves 
serve hot with ciabatta or baguette bread

1 glass of stoneless green olives... i had no black
1 pretty large zucchini chopped fine
lots of cocktail tomatoes quartered
1 feta
salt pepper oregano basilikum
200 degrees 30 minutes
